sliceOmatic, is an easy to use, powerful and affordable PC software that will help you compute
anatomical volumes from both CT and MR medical images. SliceOmatic is used extensively by
researchers who need accurate analysis of the body composition. SliceOmatic is also a great tool
to create 3D models of anatomical structure for, among other uses, finite element analysis.

DICOMatic is a medical image format converter. It will convert most
proprietary image formats to DICOM format.
readOmatic is a module of DICOMatic that allows any desktop computer to read
medical archived media. Whether your data is on tape or an optical disk,
just pop it in your drive and readOmatic will do the rest!
